Coach Tesha and Coach Taylor helped me improve so much and helped me build my confidence. I wish I would've been introduced to them so much earlier! They meant business when it came to training but they never took the fun out of it. Also, it didn't stop just on the track or court. They're the true definition of it takes a village to raise a child. From teaching life lessons, opening their home and being there in the hardest time of my life! I truly thank them both! My husband and I enjoy training athletes and helping them reach their full potential but it's quite amazing to have coaches who not only talk it but walk it. With the help of my husband, Coach Taylor Short, our Success Performance Training lead me to a Gold medal on the Team USA 4x100 relay and 5th in the world in long jump, at the 2016 Outdoor World Master Championships in Perth, Australia!! I'm a World Champion!!"
